Registration and Fees for 2024-2025 school year
Registration is open from June 15 - August 31

REGISTRATION FORM

In keeping with the diocesan directive, all families of students in our Religious Education Program must be registered in the Parish. Special situations may be permitted with the approval of Msgr. Joe.  Registration forms for the upcoming year are available at the parish office or on this website. Tuition and sacramental fee payments are expected at the time of registration unless prior arrangements are made with Deacon Chris.  Tuition and fees are listed on the registration form.

Registration Process    

Print the registration form and fill it out in it's entirety.  Bring or mail the completed form, payment, and any accompanying documents (i.e., medical forms (see below), baptismal certificates) to the Religious Education office or the Parish office no later than August 31, 2024.  Except for new parishioner registrations, registration forms received after  September 1, 2024 will incur a late fee of $50.

Please speak to Msgr. Joe or  Deacon Chris if finances are a problem, but do not hold up sending in the registration forms.
