What is a Holy Hour?

A Holy Hour is an Hour spent in Adoration of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.  It starts with Exposition and ends with Benediction.  During the Holy Hour there is time for reflection and meditation.  The Holy Hour may include communal prayer such as the Rosary or Divine Mercy Chaplet.  We have many opportunities for you to join us for a Holy Hour at Mary, Mother of God.  All are welcome.
 

First Friday Holy Hours

We have a Holy Hour at 7 PM every first Friday in the Church, except during Lent when we have Stations at that time instead.  Each Holy Hour focuses on a different spiritual topic.  Please join us.
