If you are planning an event for an MMOG Ministry or for the Parish:
For Ministry and Parish events, there is no fee for space rental, however if it is a ministry event, it may fall upon the ministry to fund other costs such as food, beverages, equipment rentals and such, if required for the event.

Next, once the date, time and space is reserved, you will need to generate a work order to set up tables, chairs, any A/V equipment and so on. Fill out this Ministry Work Order Form, and if needed, you may email the maintenance staff to provide any diagrams needed for your setup. There is an email link in the form.
Finally, if you need to advertise your event:
There are many options for advertising your event. This is coordinated by the office staff and you will need to fill out the Event/Announcement Form to provide them with the necessary information.
